FISHING DAYS

Season: January 15th - October 14th

Allow me to bring you the complete Salmon fishing days. If you have never tried fishing for Salmon before, or merely wish to learn more about this formidable and hard fighting “King of fish” these are the days for you. Learn a little about river craft and casting techniques, or simply improve your existing skills. Fly fishing tuition will be available for beginners, Improvers and advanced casters alike, along with demonstrations where required throughout the day, areas covered will include All of the Spey Casting techniques, and of course, plenty of Salmon fishing too. These courses will be available on private beats of Cumbria’s river Eden, and all tackle can be provided for a small fee, (if required) so book now and don’t miss this great opportunity. Places are limited to three rods (daily) and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis.

Border Game Angling will strive to make your day as enjoyable and informative as possible, and we have successfully arranged and delivered many courses over the years, both youth days and adult days alike, and have many more planned. Bookings are being taken now.

 

• All courses include a fully qualified and insured AAPGAI instructor.

• Course prices are based on a maximum booking of 3 people and include beat tickets.

• Hot beverages are available throughout the day, but packed lunches are required.

• Fly fishing equipment can be provided for a small fee of £10pp per day.

Please contact me direct via email, or phone, to book your course dates (Bookings will be on a first come first served basis. To avoid disappointment, please book well in advance)   Courses will run from 10:00am until 4:00pm and the cost for up to 3 people will be £375. A Minimum deposit of £100 will be required to guarantee your course dates. Your instructor will be fully qualified, fully insured, and trained in first aid. All attendees must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency Rod Licence for Migratory Fish. A one-day licence can be purchased online, or from most post offices, at a cost of £12 Please bring chest waders, a packed lunch, and waterproof clothing.
